"Mark did a great job presenting on followership (the other half of leadership). So many times we focus on what it means to be a leader, that we forget to focus on what it takes to be an effective follower. As a leader, it is important to provide space for your employees/followers to voice their opinion and constructively question your decisions. This presentation was eye-opening to the other side of thinking and I came away with a lot more knowledge about how I lead my team and how we all collaborate and share ideas. I would highly recommend any type of seminar focusing on followership, and Mark did a fantastic job."
